Vicki Beal, who was honored as one of HousingWire’s Influential Women in Housing Finance in 2013 and appeared on the cover of the November 2013 issue of HousingWire Magazine, passed away last week at the age of 62. Beal was senior vice president in transaction management at Clayton Holdings, and led the company’s transaction management team. She is best remembered as a thought leader in the private-label mortgage securitization market.
